Barbara Nolen
(1902 - 2003)
Barbara Nolen was the name used by Barbara Strong for her work as an author and editor of children’s books.
She edited more than 500 books, and wrote book reviews to the New York Times, the New York Herald Tribune, the Washington Star and several other papers.
