Aurora Labastida

Aurora Labastida was the children's librarian at the U.S. Embassy's Library in Mexico City. She and Marie Hall Ets created a story called Nine Days to Christmas (1959) that depicts an urban Mexican childhood as well as the magic of Christmas.
