Kay Thompson
(1909 - 1998)
Kay Thompson (November 9, 1909 – July 2, 1998) was an American author, composer, musician, actress, singer and vocal coach. She is best known as the creator of the Eloise children’s books. Eloise is thought to be based on Liza Minnelli.
